On November 26, Consul General H.E. Yang Yundong met with the delegation of Balochistan dignitaries and tribal elders returning from China, as well as tribal friends from Turbat and Gwadar of Balochistan.

CG Yang congratulated the delegation on their successful visit to China, saying that China-Pakistan cooperation, especially the construction of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor(CPEC), has benefited all ethnic groups in all regions of Pakistan and made positive contributions to improving living standards of the people in Balochistan. CG Yang hoped that members of the visiting delegation would introduce what they saw and felt during their visit in China, so as to enhance the correct understanding of China among the people in Balochistan and create a good atmosphere for cooperation between China and Balochistan.

The delegation recalled their visit to China with pleasure, saying that the Pakistan-China friendship is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people in Pakistan, the visit opened their eyes and they experienced China's unparalleled modernization achievements as well as the Chinese people's deep friendship towards the Pakistani people. They will tell the real Chinese story to the people of Balochistan, promote bilateral cooperation in various fields such as local and cultural exchanges, and make active efforts to promote Balochistan's friendship with China.

The nine-member delegation visited Beijing, Shenzhen and Guangzhou from November 17 to 24.
