On November 28, 2024, the Consulate General in Karachi held a trilateral security meeting attended by more than 10 people, including Deputy Consul General Zhang Hao and relevant staff of the Consulate General, Sindh Police and representatives of the Chinese Association of Karachi. The three parties engaged in in-depth discussions on Pakistan's security situation, security concerns of Chinese personnel, and Pakistani law enforcement procedures. Chinese attendees expressed gratitude for the recent efforts by Pakistan authorities to enhance security measures and urged the Sindh police to give serious consideration to China's security-related suggestions, striving to continually improve relevant work. The Sindh police pledged to further improve and enhance security measures to create a safe and convenient environment for Chinese personnel working and living in Pakistan, thereby positively contribute to the development of Sino-Pakistan friendship.
