In order to prevent the trans-border spread of COVID-19 and protect the health and safety of travellers, the following adjustment on application for HDC are made according to the NOTICE ON 8th SEP 2021.

I. Starting from 15th February 2022,  the IgM & IgG antibody test during the pre-test procedure within 21 days (inclusive) to 28 days (inclusive) prior to boarding are canceled. During the pre-test  procedure, the PCR test is needed only. Double testing in two different institutions with 48 hours still applies as before, according to this procedure , both PCR and IgM & IgG antibody test are needed.

II. Starting from 15th February 2022, the IgM & IgG antibody test of babies under the age of 3 (inclusive) are not needed . But the health code must be applied as before. 

III. According to the adjustment of testing fees, the PCR testing fee is 4500 Rs., while the IgM & IgG testing fee is 3500Rs. 

IV. The closed-loop self-quarantine must be carried out strictly after pre-testing and double test procedure. During this time, the precautionary measure against COVID-19 must be followed, and social contact should be avoided. Applicants must monitor personal health status and fill out “Questionnaire for Applying HDC” , and upload it together with other documents required for the application.
