As per the latest policy of COVID-19, some requirements of Health Declaration Code (HDC / GREEN code) application are adjusted as follows:
All passengers (holders of diplomatic passport, official passport, valid Chinese visas or residence permit holders only) from Karachi to China are required to upload documents through the portal http://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/.
Details are as follows:
I. Testing and laboratory requirements (all together 2 PCR tests)
Take 1 PCR test within 48 hours and 1 PCR test within 24 hours before boarding(with 24 hours interval and different kits)at 2 different legal laboratory (located in Karachi)as per NIH approved.
II.Recommended testing time
CA946:
First PCR testing time: Sunday 21:00 to next Monday 10:00
Second PCR testing time: Monday 21:00 to Tuesday 10:00
The sampling interval of 2 PCR tests is not less than 24 hours
III. Personal health monitoring
Passengers are suggested to conduct personal health monitoring (see in attachment 1). A mandatory 14-day health monitoring needs to be conducted by those who were previously infected COVID-19, provide at least 2 PCR negative reports (with 24hours interval) and health monitoring form (see in attachment 2).
Note: Previous infected patients need to wait for at least 14days after 2 PCR negative reports (14-day health monitoring included).
IV. Application in the system
(1) Upload the following documents
A. Passport information page
B. Valid Chinese visa/ Residence permit
C. Fully vaccination certificate
D. 48 hrs & 24hrs test results of PCR
E. Personal health monitoring form (mandatory for previously infected
passengers)
F. 2 PCR negative reports before 14 days (previous infected passengers only)
(2) Deadline for submitting documents for HDC code
A. Passengers of CA946: before 14:00 on Tuesday.
Note: It usually takes 4-6 hours to get the result of PCR test, make sure all the documents are uploaded within deadline, or it may result in failure of application.
(3) Time for issuing HDC
CA946: before 17:30 on Tuesday.
V. Tips for application
(1) All passengers are required to provide true, accurate and complete documents and need to be aware of the legal consequences in case of partial or false disclosures.

The present notice will come into force from its release.In case of any
discrepancy exists between the previous notifications and the present notice, the latter shall prevail.
