As per the latest policy of COVID-19, some requirements of Health Declaration Code (HDC / GREEN code) application are adjusted as follows:

Testing and laboratory requirements 

All passengers whether start from Karachi or other transfer places to China, are kindly required to select legal labs in Karachi or the transfer places to take only 1 PCR test within 48 hours before boarding.

The PCR test report/certification shall include Passenger Name, Passport Number, Date of Birth, Collect Time, Report Time, Lab Telephone Number. 

Portal or Scan Code

All passengers are required to upload documents through the portal http://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/.

Application in the system

(1) Upload the following documents 

A. Passport information page

B. Valid Chinese visa/ Residence permit 

C. Negative PCR result within 48hrs 

(2) Deadline for submitting documents for HDC code 

Passengers of CA946: before 15:00 on Tuesday.

Note: It usually takes 4-6 hours to get the result of PCR test, make sure all the documents are uploaded within deadline, or it may result in failure of application.

(3) Time for issuing HDC 

CA946: before 17:30 on Tuesday.

Tips for application

(1) Take photo with passport during PCR test.

(2)All passengers are required to provide true, accurate and complete documents and need to be aware of the legal consequences in case of partial or false disclosures.

Duty day: Monday to Friday;  Duty hour: 8:30-12:30, 15:00-17:30   

(4) The present notice will come into force from its release. In case any discrepancy exists between the previous notifications and the present notice, the latter shall prevail.
