As per the latest arrangement, policy for passengers from Pakistan to China will be adjusted from January 8. Details are as follows:

I. PCR test

Take 1 PCR test within 48 hours before boarding, PCR negative result is required. no need to apply Health Declaration Code (HDC / GREEN code) from the Chinese Embassy or the Chinese Consulate General in Pakistan. 

II. Health declaration application to China Customs

Passengers from Pakistan to China are required to submit PCR result within 48 hours in HEALTH DECLARATION FORM ON EXIT/ENTRY through portal (https://htdecl.chinaport.gov.cn/htdeclweb/home/pages/healthDeclare/declare.html), Wechat mini app or China Customs APP.

III. After arrival

International passengers to China are required to abide by all the pandemic policies as per the arrival city government requires. 

The present notice will come into force from 0:00 on 8th January 2023. In case any discrepancy exists between the previous notifications and the present notice, the latter shall prevail.
