On October 24, 2025, Consul General Yang Yundong met with a delegation of tribal leaders, who are about to visit China.

CG Yang stated that the China-Pakistan friendship is for all the people of Pakistan, including those in Balochistan Province. China is consistently committed to promoting greater understanding of China among the people of Balochistan, fostering pragmatic cooperation between the two sides, and assisting the improvement of the living standards of the people in Balochistan. He expressed the hope that the tribal leaders would take the opportunity to observe and learn about China's development during their visit to China, and to experience the deep affection of the Chinese people for Pakistani people. After returning, it is hoped that they could actively share their insights about China with their tribal communities to further promote friendly cooperation between the two sides.

The representative of tribal leaders stated that Balochistan people have always held friendly sentiments toward China and the Chinese people. They will make full use of this visit to China to deepen understanding of China, enhance bilateral friendship, and expand cooperation in infrastructure, agriculture, mining, and other fields, so as to achieve mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.

The delegation consists of nine tribal leaders from the region of Kalat, Kalan, Mahram, Panjgur, Chagai in Balochistan.
