Chinese Consul General in Karachi Yang Yundong Briefed the Spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the CPC to Faculty and Students of IoBM

On November 5, 2025, Chinese Consulate General in Karachi, together with the Institute of Business Management (IoBM), co-hosted the "Dialogue with the Consul General" event. Consul General Yang Yundong briefed the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to over 50 faculty and student representatives of the IoBM.

CG Yang provided an in-depth explanation of the vital importance of the plenary session and the main content of the 15th Five-Year Plan, emphasizing that Chinese modernization has bright prospects and will bring new opportunities to the world, especially to Global South countries like Pakistan. He also answered students' questions on the construction of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, cultural and people-to-people exchanges, and educational cooperation between the two countries. He encouraged Pakistani youth to set ambitious goals, enhance exchanges and mutual learning with Chinese youth, and contribute their youthful energy to accelerating the building of a closer China-Pakistan community with a shared future in the new era.

Representatives of Pakistani faculty and students spoke highly of China's socioeconomic development achievements, expressed strong recognition of the Chinese development model, and stated that they will actively strengthen educational cooperation with China to provide intellectual support for China-Pakistan cooperation and consolidate the inheritance of the ironclad friendship between the two countries.
