On February 26, 2026, Consul General in Karachi Yang Yundong met with Mr. Sindh Zia Ul Hassan Lanjar Sahib, Home Minister of Sindh, Pakistan. The two sides had an in-depth exchange of views on strengthening the safety and security of Chinese personnel under the current situation. The meeting was attended by the Home Secretary of Sindh, Mr. Muhammad Iqbal Memon, and the Inspector General of Sindh Police, Mr. Javed Akhtar Odho.
